We are informing that the submitted non-consolidated Grindeks financial report of year 2006 has been prepared pursuant to the Latvian laws. The issuing of such a report was necessary for providing a transition to non-consolidated financial reports preparing in compliance with the requirements of International financial reporting standards. Independent auditors report and Grindeks financial accounts, as well as consolidated financial accounts of JSC Grindeks and its daughter companies, set up in compliance with the International Financial reporting standards, approved by EU, will be submitted until the 30th of April 2007 according to the requirements of Riga Stock Exchange.
