The Annual General Meeting of Componenta's Turkish subsidiary, Döktas
Dökümcülük Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. has approved the financial statement for the
financial year 1 January - 31 December 2006 as well as discharged the members
of the Board of Directors and the President and CEO from liability. The Annual
General Meeting has approved the proposal of the Board of Directors to
distribute a dividend of 0.30 Turkish lira per 100 shares. Componenta owns
92.6% of Döktas shares and the amount of the dividend is approx. EUR 9.4
million.
The Annual General Meeting held in Istanbul decided to change the company's
name to Componenta Döktas Dökümcülük Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.
The Annual General Meeting elected Heikki Lehtonen as Chairman, and Harri
Saukkomaa, Tezcan Yaramanci and Yaylali Günay as members of the Board of
Directors. The Annual General Meeting elected APA company
PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd as the auditor of Componenta Döktas.
