According to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of FIM Group          
Corporation, held on March 15, 2007, the members of the Board of Directors are  
from March 21, 2007 Bjarni Ármannsson, Frank Ove Reite, Sverrir Örn             
Thorvaldsson, Niklas Geust and Vesa Honkanen                                    

In its organizational meeting on March 22, 2007, the Board of Directors elected 
Frank Ove Reita as the Chairman of the Board.
