H. Lundbeck, listing of new shares 29 March 2007

The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 104,000 new shares of a
nominal DKK 5 to listing in H. Lundbeckt with effect from 29 March 2007. 

The capital increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies
Agency.
