Due to the Rights Issue and Bonus Issue, in Siauliu bankas (SAB1L), Baltic
Benchmark Index will be adjusted in accordance to the “Rules for the
Construction and Maintenance of the Baltic All-Share, Sector, Benchmark and
Tradable Indices”, rule 5.3 and 5.4 (Rights Issue and Bonus Issue adjustment).
On the ex-day March 30, 2007 the number of shares in Siauliu bankas in OMX
Baltic Benchmark index will be increased to 120 775 134 shares.
