Ms. Ripley's career as an oil and gas lawyer spans over 19 years and includes nine years of experience in the role of General Counsel. Most recently, she served as Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Ms. Ripley won the 2006 Best Corporate Counsel Award from the Houston Business Journal and was nominated for the 2006 Magna Stella Award for Best Counsel and Innovative Management by the Texas General Counsel Forum.
