Permit of the Competition Board for the concentration of AS

By virtue of a decision of the Director General of the Estonian Competition
Board from 22 March 2007, permission was given to a concentration as a result
of which Olympic Entertainment Group AS will acquire 100% of all the shares of
AS Kristiine Kasiino (incl. OÜ Jokker-Pokker) and the only share of OÜ
Casinova. The transaction will presumably be closed within two weeks.
