NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

SATAMA INTERACTIVE PLC, STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT                    

eQ Fund Management Company Ltd has today informed Satama Interactive Plc that   
combined holdings of eQ Pikkujättiläiset, eQ Nexus and Fides New Media, all     
mutual funds administrated by eQ Fund Management Company Ltd, of Satama's shares
and voting rights have declined to under 1/20 of the share capital and voting   
rights on March 22, 2007.                                                       

The mutual funds in question now own 2,020,000 shares in Satama Interactive Plc,
which represents 4,90 per cent of the share capital and voting rights. The total
number of Satama Interactive's shares (SAI1V) is 41,236,808.
