VINX index information: Adjustment of VINX Benchmark index due to the split in Aker Kværner ASA (13/07)

Due to the Split 5:1, in Aker Kværner ASA (NO0010215684), VINX Benchmark Index will be adjusted in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Sector, Benchmark and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.5.
 
On the ex-day March 30, 2007 the number of shares in Aker Kværner ASA (AKVER) in VINX Benchmark index will be increased to 137 573 085 shares. This requires consent from the General Meeting on March 29, 2007.
