The registration of the stockholders will start at 9:00 a.m. in the meeting place. The stockholders could acquaint them self with the projects of the resolutions discussed in the Annual General stockholder's meeting from April 13, 2007 in the secretariat of JSC “Liepajas metalurgs” in Street Brivibas 93, Liepaja. The stockholders can register their stocks for blocking to their security account holder not later than till the end of the working day on April 20, 2007.
