Regarding establishment of a new limited liability legal person in the Russia Federation

We inform you that on 27 March, 07 the board of AB „HANNER“ decided to
establish a new limited liability legal person - OOO „Hanner SPB Development”
in the Russia Federation._The statutary capital of mentioned legal person shall
be equal 10 000.00 (ten thousands) Russian roubles. AB „Hanner“ shall acquire
100% (one hundred percent) of the established legal person shares.
