In his report at the AGM of EAC today in Copenhagen, Mr. Jan Erlund, Chairman of the Su-pervisory Board, makes the following comment about the Group's earnings in the past part of the 2007 financial year: <quote> ”In the part of the first quarter that is behind us, EAC's earn-ings from operations are better than expected and the approximately three months that have passed have not seen any negative surprises.” <unquote> As earlier announced EAC expects its revenue to grow to DKK 3.8 bn in 2007, while earnings from operations (EBIT) without non-recurring items will remain at last year's level, i.e. DKK 312 mill., since earnings will be affected by both the decline in the exchange rate of USD and the costs of growth and expansion of activities, which in the short term will have a negative effect on earnings. Jan Erlund's report in its entirety will be available on EAC's website from 16.00 hours (CET). EAC will give new guidance regarding its expectations from 2007 when presenting the ac-counts for the first quarter of the year on 3 May.
