FINAL AGREEMENT SIGNED ON THE ACQUISITION OF THE HANS PERSSON GROUP
Bilia Personbilar AB and Hans Persson Bil AB have signed a final agreement relating to the acquisition of all the shares in Hans Persson Personbilar AB, Hans Persson Transportbilar AB, Hans Persson Fordon AB, Hans Persson Support AB, Hans Persson Fastigheter AB and the shareholding in the associated company Gnejsen i Sala Fastighets AB. As a result of this acquisition, the Bilia Group’s capital employed will increase by approximately SEK 450 million, including real estate totalling around SEK 240 million. This acquisition is conditional on the approval of the appropriate competition authorities.
