Watch status given to DFDS LISCO AB. On 27 March 2007 the Vilnius Regional Court examined the appeal of a shareholder of DFDS LISCO AB in the civil case No.2A50-177/07 on invalidation of the decision of the Board of Vilnius Stock Exchange (hereinafter - VSE) on the 2nd item “Regarding delisting of AB Lisco Baltic Service ordinary registered shares (hereinafter - ORS) from the I-List of VSE on the issuer's request” dated 10 June 2005. The Vilnius Regional Court will pronounce its judgment on 5 April 2007. We would like to draw the attention of investors to the fact that in case the Vilnius Regional Court rejects the appeal, ORS of DFDS LISCO AB will be delisted from the I-List of VSE on 6 April 2007.
