Anoto Group AB's Subsidiary Signs New Video Technology Contract

Anoto's subsidiary for video technology and ASIC development has signed a new
contract with a global manufacturer of mobile phone platforms. The contract is
estimated to generate NRE revenues of approximately 8 MSEK, the mere part during
2007. Anoto has signed similar contracts with the same manufacturer earlier.

The company's ASIC (Argus) is used in camera products and the company's IP
blocks for video technology are already included in a number of mobile phone
platforms.

”This is the first contract for our new subsidiary and we are very pleased with
the positive development. The fact that we already now can announce a big order
like this further strengthens our belief that our decision to move the video
technology to a separate subsidiary was a good one,” says Anders Norling, CEO at
Anoto Group AB.
