INFORMATION REGARDING A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP


STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE  March 29, 2007, 09.00 a.m. (EET)

On 29 March 2007 Aldata Solution Oyj received the following
notification
in accordance with the Chapter 2, Section 9 of Securities Markets
Act:
Symphony Technology II-A, L.P. ("Symphony") has on 29 March 2007
entered into a conditional share transfer agreement (the "Agreement")
with Hitech Premium N.V. of Netherlands Antilles, Invision III L.P.
of the U.K., Invision Capital III L.P. of the U.K. and Mach
Continuation GmbH of Switzerland (jointly, the "Sellers") regarding
shares in Aldata Solution Oyj (the "Company"). When completed, this
Agreement will result in Symphony's holding in the Company attaining
approximately 29 per cent of the share capital and the voting rights.

The Agreement is conditional on the fulfilment of certain conditions,
including the passing of certain resolutions by the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders of the Company to be held on 29 March 2007.

Under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, Symphony has
notified the Company and the Financial Supervision Authority that
upon implementation of the Agreement the holding of Symphony will
exceed 25 per cent of the company's voting rights and share capital.

Following the completion of the Agreement, Symphony's holding in the

3. Principal terms of the Agreement and the time table for the
completion of the transfer of the shares in the Company to Symphony

The Agreement is conditional on the fulfilment of certain conditions,
including the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company
on 29 March 2007 passing the following resolutions and approving the
following appointments:

(i)       approve the resolutions as proposed by the board of
directors of the Company substantially in the form set as out in the
notice to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company;

(ii)      resolve that the board of directors of the Company shall
consist of four ordinary members; and

(iii)     resolve that Messrs. Pekka Vennamo, Peter Titz, William
Chisholm and Bertrand Sciard be appointed as the members of the board
of directors of the Company.

Provided that the conditions set out in the Agreement are met, the
transfer of the title to the shares will pass from the Sellers to
Symphony within seven (7) business days from the fulfilment of the
conditions.

4. Shareholder's complete name

Symphony Technology II-A, L.P., a limited partnership organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Aldata Solution Oyj has a single share series. The company has a
share capital of EUR 681 208.95 and a total of 68 120 895 shares.
