CHANGE TO THE PROPOSAL FOR THE COMPOSITION OF ALDATA SOLUTION OYJ'S BOARD

Aldata Solution Oyj was informed on March 8th 2007 that shareholder's
representing over 38 % of the votes in Aldata will propose to the
Annual General Meeting, to be held on 29 March 2007, that the number
of Board members be three (3) and that the present members Mr. Hervé
Defforey, Mr. Peter Ekelund and Mr. Peter Titz will be re-elected
until the end of the following Annual General Meeting.

As a consequence of the anticipated change in ownership published
today, Herve Defforey and Peter Ekelund have informed that they are
not available for a re-election.

The above mentioned shareholders have today informed the Company that
they will change their proposal so that the number of Board members
will be four (4) and that the present members Mr. Peter Titz and Mr.
Pekka Vennamo will be re-elected and Mr. William Chisholm and Mr.
Bertrand Sciard will be elected as new members until the end of the
following Annual General Meeting.

Mr. William Chisholm is Managing Director at Symphony Technology
Group, a strategic software and services holding company. Mr.
Bertrand Sciard is the former Chief Operating Officer of Lawson
Software, Inc and served as President and CEO of Intentia
International AB from 2004 until 2006 when Intentia was acquired by
Lawson.
