The board of directors of Havila Shipping ASA has approved the annual accounts for 2006. Final account statement contains minor changes compared with preliminary accounts presented on 23rd February 2007. The board has agreed to present the final audited accounts to the ordinary general assembly on 7. May 2007, and propose a reduction of the share premium reserve by paying NOK 3, 50 per share to the shareholders.
