The board of Betsson has proposed that an Extra General Meeting, which will be held on March 30, 2007, approves a share dividend, whereby Net Entertainment will be distributed to the shareholders. Each Betsson share shall entitle the owner to one new Net Entertainment share. Owners of series A shares in Betsson will receive series A shares in Net Entertainment. Owners of series B shares in Betsson will receive series B shares in Net Entertainment. OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Betsson according to the Ratio method.
