Max Bank has signed a Leasing Contract for the Construction of a New Head Office

Following a period of negotiation, Max Bank has now signed a leasing contract
with Nordicom for a partially new-built office building on the Canal Yard site
by Næstved Harbour. The building project covers a total of 5,500 sqm., and is
due to be completed by 1st November 2008. 

The project, which comprises the existing Canal Yard and a new 4-storey office
building, will ensure Max Bank good potential for development. The property is
to house Max Bank's Corporate Centre, Investment Centre, Direct Service Centre
(long distance customers), as well as administrative staff functions, all of
whom are to move from the current head office in Jernbanegade, Næstved.
