About planned changes in IJSC „Baltikums Asset Management” Council (project)

According to the conditions of the Riga Stock Exchange "On Listing and Trading
of Financial Instruments on the Market Regulated by the Exchange" paragraph
22.2.1, IJSC „Baltikums Asset Management” informs about the changes in Council. 

It is planned to appoint Sergejs Peshkovs to a Chairman of the Council instead
of Tatjana Dorofejeva. IJSC „Baltikums Asset Management” new member of the
Council will take up its position after the registration in The Financial and
Capital Market Commission.
