Sjælsø Gruppen A/S - registered bonus issue without trade in bonus rights
On 27 March 2007, ordinary general meeting of Sjælsø Gruppen A/S decided to
increase the company's share capital through a 1:9 bonus issue.
Consequently, the Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to admit 23,140,863 new
shares of DKK 10 to listing in the existing ISIN code of Sjælsø Gruppen with
effect from 12 April 2007.

The last day of trading in Sjælsø Gruppen shares carrying the right to receive
bonus shares will be 11 April 2007, whereas the first day of trading in Sjælsø
