On 29 March 2007, OÜ Baltika TP, the subsidiary of AS Baltika, concluded an agreement for the sale of a building lease and logistics centre located in Lasnamäe Industrial Park in Tallinn to AS Kawe Group. According to the agreement, Baltika TP is obligated to rent the logistics centre for the next ten years. The transaction price is 50.2 million kroons (3.2 million euros) and income for the Group amounts to 18.1 million kroons (1.2 million euros).
