THE START OF THE TRADING WITH SOLTEQ'S NEW SHARES A total of 222.224 new Solteq Plc's shares were issued in a directed share offering to the shareholders of Tampereen Systeemitiimi Ltd on December 14, 2006. The increase in the number of shares has been entered in the Finnish Trade Register on December 29, 2006. Trading with the new shares together with the old shares will begin on March 30, 2007. The new shares provide the shareholders with the same, full shareholder rights as the old shares. After receiving exceptional permit from the Finnish Financial Supervision Authority not to publish prospectus according to Security Markets Law 2 chapter 3 § (Dnro 37/250/2007), Solteq Plc will not publish separate prospectus.
