Landsbanki Íslands hf. has purchased 81,510,000 shares in the bank at the share price of ISK 3.12 and, in parallel, sold shares to key employees in accordance with stock option agreements, cf. the banks previous announcement today. After these transactions, Landsbanki holds 834,888,935 shares in the bank, of which 570,430,220 are held in the entity LI-Hedge as a hedge against equity forward contracts.
