Redemption and Interest Payments on the Bonds


On 20 April 2007 AS SBM Pank will pay EEK 237.50 per bond interest on the bonds
(SBMB047507A) listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange. Interests on bonds will be
paid to the investors, who are the owners of the bonds according to the data of
the Estonian Central Register of Securities at 08:00 a.m. on the interest
payment date, i.e. on 20 April 2007 at 8:00 a.m. AS SBM Pank will not withhold
any income tax on the interests paid on the above bonds. 

AS SBM Pank will redeem these bonds on the same date, as the redemption day is
reached. The issuer will pay the total redemption price of bonds owned by the
investor as a redemption payment. Redemption price is the nominal value of
bonds. Redemption payments will be paid to the investors, who are the owners of
the bonds according to the data of the Estonian Central Register of Securities
at 08:00 a.m. on the redemption day, i.e. on 20 April 2007 at 8:00 a.m. 

The payments will be made by the issuer to the current account attached to the
securities account of the investor. After the redemption payments have been
credited to the current accounts of the investors, the bonds are considered
redeemed and will be deleted from the register.
