NCC sells office project in Västerås for SEK 137 million

NCC Property Development has concluded an agreement concerning the sale of a
development project being built for Domstolsverket (the National Courts
Administration) on the Samuel 2 property in Västerås. The purchaser is Keops
Sverige AB and the purchase price is approximately SEK 137 million. The sale
will have a favorable impact of SEK 24 million on earnings during the first
quarter of 2007.

Construction started in early December 2006. Domstolsverket has signed a lease
for 6,500 square meters of the total of 7,000 square meters included in the
project. The lease will extend until April 30, 2023.

NCC Property Development is responsible for developing and implementing the
project until the property has been completed, when it will be occupied by the
district court, county court and regional rent tribunal in Västerås.

Keops will pay the purchase price and take over the property during the second
quarter of 2008.
