Elanders AB (publ): Change in the proposal to the Annual General Meeting 26 April 2007concerning the nominating committee

In the notice to attend the Annual General Meeting of Elanders AB
(publ) on 26 April 2007 a nominating committee to preside until the
Annual General Meeting of 2008 was proposed.

SEB Funds has announced that Stefan Roos will replace Björn Lind as
the representative for SEB Funds in Elanders AB's nominating
committee.

This means that the proposed nominating committee, which shall be
elected at the Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2007 and preside
until the Annual General Meeting 2008 will
have the following composition:

Gustav Douglas (Investment AB Latour)
Göran Erlandsson (representative for minor shareholders)
Nils Petter Hollekim (Odin Funds)
Stefan Roos (SEB Funds)
