If the published information is true, Olympic Casino Estonia AS will definitely appeal the court judgement. Consumer Protection Board has repeatedly changed its statements and the decision seems surprising. Olympic Entertainment Group is convinced that Olympic Casino Estonia AS has not failed against any legal clauses. At the same time, according to Olympic Entertainment Group, the questions under dispute are worded ambiguously in the legislation, and this has brought up the present dispute. We hope that the proceeding of the new Advertising Act will soon draw to an end, which would establish a clear and unambiguous legal environment.
