On 5 April 2007 the Vilnius Regional Court pronounced its judgment whereby the Court rejected the appeal of a shareholder of AB “DFDS LISCO” in the civil case No.2A50-177/07 on invalidation of the decision of the Board of AB “Vilniaus vertybinių popierių birža” (hereinafter - VSE) on the 2nd item “Regarding delisting of AB Lisco Baltic Service ordinary registered shares (hereinafter - ORS) from the I-List of VSE on the issuer's request” dated 10 June 2005. We would like to draw the attention of investors to the fact that after rejection of the appeal by the Vilnius Regional Court, the decision of the Board of VSE regarding delisting of ORS of AB “DFDS LISCO” from the I-List dated 10 June 2005 has come into force and ORS of AB “DFDS LISCO” are deemed as delisted from the I-List of VSE.
