NCC to build 300 apartments in Oslo for SEK 548 million

NCC Construction AS in Norway has concluded an agreement worth SEK 548 million
with Sørkedalsveien 9 AS concerning the construction of 300 new apartments in
Oslo, Norway. The assignment will be conducted in the form of a turnkey
contract.

The project has been named “Nye Major” (New Major) and is located at Majorstua
in Oslo. The owners of Sørkedalsveien 9 AS are Naturbetong AS and Titas Eiendom
AS.

In addition to the 300 apartments, NCC will build 5,000 square meters of
premises intended for industrial operations. 

NCC will commence its construction work on May 1, and the area is scheduled for
completion during the second half of 2009.

The order will be registered during the second quarter of 2007.
