Milestone has made an agreement with Kaupþing where the latter company undertakes to sell Milestone's and related parties shares in Glitnir. Settlement of the transaction will take place on 16 April 2007. After the transaction Þáttur International ehf., which is financially related to Milestone, will hold 7% of Glitnis shares. According to the agreement Þáttur International has agreed not to sell the shares in Glitni for 12 months. The final ownership of Þáttur International has not been decided yet.
