SWECO acquires company in Norway

SWECO's subsidiary SWECO Grøner has acquired the northern Norwegian engineering
consultancy AT Consult with 27 employees.

AT Consult is a multidisciplinary consulting company specialising in services
for the construction and civil engineering sector. The company works in a wide
range of areas from conceptual design, planning and analysis to project and
construction management, and serves clients such as Forsvarsbygg, Statkraft, the
Norwegian National Rail Administration, Statoil, building contractors and a
number of Norwegian municipalities.  AT Consult was established in 1978 and is
active in northern Norway with offices in Narvik.

”The acquisition will strengthen our positions in northern Norway and enable us
to offer our clients in this region a wider service offering. Above all, AT
Consult will reinforce our capabilities with its longstanding experience of
