The contract amount is USD 44 M, about SEK 308 M, which is included in the order bookings for the first quarter. The project involves a 14-story office building which will include five levels of below grade parking, first floor retail space and a second floor “great room” common area. The total gross building area is approximately 35,000 square meters. Work has begun and is scheduled to be completed in July 2008.
