Skanska to build an office and retail center in the US for USD 44 M, about SEK
308 M

Skanska has been contracted to build an office and retail center in the US. The
contract amount is USD 44 M, about SEK 308 M, which is included in the order
bookings for the first quarter.

The project involves a 14-story office building which will include five levels
of below grade parking, first floor retail space and a second floor “great room”
common area. The total gross building area is approximately 35,000 square
meters. 

Work has begun and is scheduled to be completed in July 2008.
