AOL Executive Appointed CEO of YouMail

Alex Quilici to Run Premier Cellphone Voicemail Service

( http://www.youmail.com ) announced today that former AOL executive Alex Quilici will join YouMail as its new Chief Executive Officer and will join its board of directors. While at AOL, the Time Warner-owned Internet Company, as vice president of AOL Voice Services, he played a major role in creating and growing AOL Voice Services to over 1 million paying customers.

Quilici has significant start-up and communications expertise. He was the CEO and co-founder of Quack.com, which was founded in July of 1999, and successfully sold to AOL in August 2000. During his 6 years at AOL, he played significant roles in conceiving, launching, and managing various consumer communications services, including AOLbyPhone, AOL Voicemail, and AIM Phoneline, a free online voicemail service. He holds several patents for his work in internet-enabled voice services.
