EVA MARIA MATELL AND LENA WIDIN KLASÉN PROPOSED AS NEW BOARD MEMBERS IN PRECISE BIOMETRICS

Correction of press release published today, at 10.57 (CET). The
paragraph remenuration to the board has been adjusted.

Eva Maria Matell and Lena Widin Klasén have been proposed by the
election committee as new board members in Precise Biometrics AB. The
motivation for this proposal is that both women have experience from
security issues, which is expected to reinforce Precise Biometrics'
competence in the security industry.

Eva Maria Matell (born in 1958) is Sales and Marketing Director in
XPonCard AB, which is part of the XPonCard Group listed on the Nordic
Stock Exchange. XPonCard AB offers plastic card concepts - from
manufacturing to administration - for secure payment, smart mobile
solutions, enhanced quality and safe identification. Eva Maria Matell
has been working in the company since 2001 and has during this time
increased sales by 70 per cent and transformed a production oriented
sales culture into a more service-oriented culture. Eva Maria Matell
is a board member of XPonCard OY.

Lena Widin Klasén (born in 1960) is Technical Director and Manager of
the Division of Sensor Technology at the Swedish Defence Research
Agency, FOI. FOI is an assignment-based authority under the Ministry
of Defence. The core activities are research, method and technology
development, as well as studies for the use of defence and security.
Lena Widin Klasén has worked with the development of intelligent
monitoring cameras, which improve monitoring without infringing
personal integrity. She has also previously worked at the Defence
Materiel Administration and the National Laboratory of Forensic
Science. Lena Widin Klasén is a board member of the
Technical-Scientific Council, Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic
Products (ISP) and member of the board of the Institute of Technology
at Linköping University.

Remuneration to the board is proposed to remain unchanged per person
in comparison with the previous year, i.e. the chairman receives SEK
210 thousand and the other board members receive SEK 105 thousand.

Christer Bergman, member of the board since 2005, and Göran Jansson,
a member since 2003, have declined to be re-elected. The re-election
of the board and chairman has otherwise been proposed.

The annual general meeting in Precise Biometrics AB will be held on
April 24 at 16.00 at the Scandic Hotel Star, Glimmervägen 5
(Gastelyckans industrial estate) in Lund.
