LOS ANGELES, April 11, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Michael Reinstein and Brian Kelly, the Managing Directors of Los Angeles-based private equity firm, The Archetype Group, have announced the launch of the firm's new Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) Program.

"The Archetype Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program will provide successful entrepreneurs who are interested in actively evaluating market sectors and companies with the opportunity to work alongside Archetype's investment professionals as they assess future investment opportunities," said Michael Reinstein, Archetype's Managing Director.

Participants in the Archetype EIR program will typically work with The Archetype Group for at least six months on a full time basis and often remain part of the Archetype portfolio when they move on to their next position.

About Michael Reinstein

Michael Reinstein is the Managing Director of the Archetype Group, a Los Angeles and London-based Private Equity firm. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Reinstein has built and sold several media and e-commerce companies in the public markets. He sold his first company, Promenade Membership Services to e4L/National Media Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed television and e-commerce firm in 2001, when he was 28 years old.

Mr. Reinstein currently serves on the Board of Directors of TTI, a privately held $200 million global sourcing and distribution company.

Michael Reinstein's early professional experience includes positions at International Creative Management, a leading Hollywood talent and literary agency, and in the office of former President Ronald Reagan. He attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and is a graduate of the University of Southern California and Pepperdine University School of Law.
