Open-end funds' “AB.LV Global ETF Fund” un “AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund” units to be listed on RSE

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of April 11, 2007
to list, starting with April 19, 2007, open-end investment funds' “AB.LV Global
ETF Fund” and “AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund” units on the RSE Investment
fund list. 

Investment fund is listed on the Stock Exchange for the information purpose
only. There are no trades organized with the investment fund units on the Stock
Exchange. ISIN code for “AB.LV Global ETF Fund” is LV0000400323; ISIN code for
“AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund” is LV0000400315. 

The asset management company of the fund is „AB.LV Asset Management”. The issue
prospectuses were registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission on
March 23, 2007 and are available on the Riga Stock Exchange website (in the
Latvian language).
