Atorka Group hf. has completed the divestment of Icepharma hf. The buyers are Kristjan Johannsson, boardmember of Icepharma, Margret Gudmundsdottir, CEO of Icepharma and other key executives. The acquisition price is confidential. The disinvestment is not significant for the operational results of Atorka. Advisor to the seller was Landsbanki Corporate Finance and advisor to the buyer was Straumur-Burdaras.
