AS Ekspress Grupp subsidiary AS Ekspress Hotline signed a memorandum of association for foundation of a company TeleTell Infoline S.R.L. in Bucharest on 11th April 2007. The founded company shall operate in information area as AS Ekspress Hotline does in Estonia. According to the memorandum of association 80% of shares belongs to AS Ekspress Hotline and 20% of shares to OÜ IPC Investmens. At the moment negotiations are started for entering into contracts with Romanian telecommunications companies . The providing of services is planned to start in August 2007. Initial prospects of the capacity of founded company can be given at the end of 2007. The amount of investment in 2007 shall be under 5 million Estonian kroons.
