The Listing and Surveillance Committee of Tallinn Stock Exchange reviewed a petition from Hans H. Luik and Viktor Mahhov, Members of the Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp, and Priit Leito, Manager of AS Ekspress Grupp, filed with the Committee on 3 April 2007, in which they apply for an exception to restriction to effect a transaction during the prohibition period. Member of the Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp Hans H. Luik asked for permission to sell 270 855 shares owned by OÜ HHL Rühm (controlled by Hans H. Luik) to 19 employees and managers in the AS Ekspress Grupp, including Member of the Supervisory Board Viktor Mahhov (36565 shares) and Manager Priit Leito (47400 shares). The price of the shares is 73,84 EEK. All buyers assured that the transaction would not be based on confidential information. On 5 April 2006, the Listing and Surveillance Committee of the Stock Exchange decided to satisfy the petition of Hans H. Luik and Viktor Mahhov, Members of the Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp, and Priit Leito, Manager of AS Ekspress Grupp, and grant an exception to the requirement set out in clause 4.5.2 of the Requirements for Issuers, and to permit them to do transaction during the prohibition period.
