Coupon payment on AS “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums””

On 20 April, 2007 AS “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” will make a coupon
payment on its second issue notes (ISIN code: LV0000800324) for the second
coupon period (from October 20, 2006, till April 19, 2007). 

According to the terms of the issue, the coupon rate is fixed for all
calculation periods and equals 6,875 % p.a.
