eHolding Technologies Announces It is in Negotiations to Purchase Plant in Ozark, Alabama With 30,000 Square Feet of Manufacturing Capacity

RENO, Nev., April 13, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- eHolding Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EHDN), which was formed to manufacture energy efficient Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) to be used as building components for residential and light commercial applications, reported today it is in negotiations to purchase a plant in Ozark, Alabama, with 30,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity. The plant is located on an eight-acre tract. On successful completion of the purchase, the town would deed the company the eight acres at no cost as an economic incentive.

"The company would build Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) at the site," said eHolding Technologies President & CEO Doug Hamby. "The plant is ideally situated for the transport of raw materials and finished product, and the area is geographically strong for this type of construction, which is redefining the ways residences and offices are built."

SIP construction is distinguished from others by the fact that structures can withstand Category 4 hurricane winds of 200 mph, and absorb earthquakes in excess of 5.0 points on the Richter scale.
