Davis has been named to succeed Charles Brown as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board when Mr. Brown steps down, expected to be later this month. Davis will join the company's senior management team and report directly to the G&S Minerals board of directors, subject to his formal appointment by the board of directors.
Mr. Davis has over 20 years of capital market and public company experience says Charles Brown and brings to the company a wealth of experience and knowledge in financing, acquisitions, and marketing. Mr. Davis has held directorships in several Vancouver-based mining companies formally listed on the VSE and the CDNX Stock Exchanges.
As President, he will assume immediate responsibility for management of the company's overall operations, stated Mr. Brown.
