On April 17, 2007 Vilniaus Vingis AB received a notification about disposal of a
block of shares from MP Investment Bank and on April 12, 2007 a notification    
about acquisition of a block of shares from Skaineda UAB. Reason for exceeding  
the limit is an agreement of transfer of voting rights. The agreement is valid  
from 2007-04-11.
