Peab acquires Kvalitetsasfalt I Mellansverige Peab has signed an agreement with Lämminkäinen oy and Asfaltkvalité Mellansverige AB concerning acquiring all shares in Kvalitetsasfalt i Mellansverige AB, established in Sala. Kvalitetsasfalt has about 70 employees and the sales during 2006 amounted to SEK 190 million. The take over will be when the Swedish Competition Authorities have completed their examination.
