CHANGING REFERENCE PRICE OF SAKU ÕLLETEHAS SHARE

Saku Õlletehas will close the list of shareholders for dividend payments on     
19.04.2007 at 23:59 PM. Saku Õlletehas will pay dividends EEK 25.00 (EUR 1.59)  
per share.                                                                      

Proceeding from the above, the reference price of Saku Õlletehas shares will be 
lowered to the level of EUR 15.81 (EEK 247,37) today before the start of        
trading. The upper reference limit remains +15% and the lower reference limit   
-15%.
