At the request of Alm.Brand Invest the Copenhagen Stock Exchange will place the
four mentioned sub-funds under matching halt for the whole of today 17 April
2007 due to mergers.
The four sub-funds will subsequently be delisted with effect from and including
tomorrow 18 April 2007. The delistings are requested by the fund on the grounds
of mergers, cf. yesterday's disclosure regarding the extraordinary general
meeting, as well as yesterday's disclosure on this particular matter.
The sub-funds are listed on the sub-market “UCITS” on the sub-market lists
“Shares” and “Bonds” respectively.
