iPhone2's First Acquisition Scheduled to Close May 4, 2007 to Bring Approximately $600,000 in Revenue to iPhone2


ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., April 17, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- iPhone2, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IPHE) today announced the company has set a closing date of 5/4/2007 to acquire Brooks Communication, Inc. of Albuquerque, NM. The companies have completed their due-diligence. After closing Brooks will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of iPhone2, Inc. The companies will consolidate their balance sheets, adding $588,302 worth of revenue to iPhone2's P&L based on Brooks' 2006 figures.

In business for thirty years, Brooks Communication is one oldest and most respected business communication systems providers in Albuquerque. They currently service approximately 500 customers in the greater Albuquerque area.
