World Am Appoints John Bogart Director of Product Development for Its Senz-It Subsidiary

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 18, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- World Am, Inc. (OTCBB:WDAM) today reported that it has appointed John Bogart as Director of Product Development for its Senz-It subsidiary. He will be based at the company's new headquarters here.

"We are very fortunate to have recruited John Bogart for this important assignment," said World Am Chairman and CEO Robert A. Hovee. "John is a multi-faceted senior executive with 25 years of experience developing technical product markets. He is an expert in analyzing competitors, and then creatively using marketing and sales programs to consistently capture market share."

"I am excited by this opportunity and challenge," said Mr. Bogart. "World Am is building a world-class organization, and the potential for its success made the offer to join the company all the more attractive."

Immediately after completing graduate school, Mr. Bogart worked for IBM Corporation in New Jersey and California for 10 years. During that time, he served in the roles of Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Marketing Manager and Sales Manager. As a Product Manager, Mr. Bogart was instrumental in creating the 5.25" and 3.5" form factor as the worldwide standard for magnetic storage media. This standard is still in place today. As Engineering Manager, Mr. Bogart received the IBM President's award for his outstanding achievement. A highlight of his career included directing a sales and marketing staff with an annual quota of up to $680 million of personal computer products in a four state area for more than four years. He also managed a staff of more than 50 engineering professionals on a manufacturing site, and created and implemented Western Area marketing plans through two sales teams resulting in annual growth of more than 30% as well as the number one performance in the nation in 1987.

In 1992 Mr. Bogart started his own company, Bestest International, which he ran until 2007. The company was a leading provider of moisture and composition analyzers, and registered 12 consecutive years of record sales and profits. During that time, Mr. Bogart created all the programs and procedures for more than 200 electronic measurement instruments. He also developed sales concepts that helped eliminate a market leader and allowed the company to grow 125% over a two-year period.

Mr. Bogart received his B.S. degree summa cum laude with distinction from Ohio State University and his MBA with honors from Northwestern University on a full academic scholarship.
